First medal for Luxembourg on a G-class competition

Flavia Prandina is the first taekwondoïste from Luxembourg who wins a medal at a G-class competition (inter-continental A-class)! CONGRATULATIONS.

Four competitors participated at the 3rd BTCB British International Taekwondo Championships in Manchester on September 25 - 26, 2010.

- Flavia Prandina (-68 kg, junior) makes a 3d place (match lost against England).

- Lisa Zangarini (-62 kg, senior) wins first match against Denmark and looses second match against Greece.

- Jamie Salciccia (-68 kg, junior) looses against Australia.

- Christine Schmit (-63 kg, junior) wins against England and looses against Sweden.

The LTA is delighted to announce the appointment of Gianni Cappellano as new President on February 19, 2013. Gianni Cappellano holds the 3d dan in Taekwondo and trains in the clubs of Esch/Alzette and Junglinster.
